• Go-karting – This is a variant of open wheel motor sport with single four wheeled vehicles called karts, go-karts or gear box / shifter karts. Different types of racing such as sprint, endurance and speed way can be planned in dedicated kart tracks. This is free time activity which can be performed by almost anybody. Also kart racing is generally accepted as the most economic form of motor sport available.
• Bowling Alleys – Ten pin bowling which is a competitive sport in which player (bowler) rolls a bowling ball down a wooden or synthetic (polyurethane) lane with the objective of scoring points by knocking down as many pins as possible. Brought to USA from Europe this game has risen in popularity as its technology has improved – this will be a novel addition in the recreational facilities.
• Other popular entertainment facilities may be included to develop a fantastic recreation cum fun zone kind of place. – A musical may add to the colour and gaiety of the environment.
• A stand along health club may be developed with gyms and recreational facilities – should have jogging tracks, paved areas and lawns and children's play area with different equipments etc. – This can be availed by Trivandrumites on exclusive membership basis. Indoor tennis clubs and shuttle courts can also be included in this club.
Commercial Components
Shopping and tourism would go together. Therefore the complex may be provided with components such as shopping mall, multiplex and spaces for banquets and meetings, marriages and other such functions.

The above project components are only tentative and subject to change after a detailed market and feasibility study for the project.
